Oh MY!! There are two different kinds of sorenesses.. The oooh it feels so good kinds and the OMG this hurts so bad!!
Well, right now I'm at the OMG this hurts so bad sore!! I used my Zumba once... ( I know, I need to be on it more) and I was in the oooh it feels so good kinda sore. I liked it, accept the part where I kind of twisted my ankle. So, yep, I'll be wearing shoes while Zumbaing...
This hurt sore came from digging the other day.. A couple hours of hard labor and my body isn't cut out for it. No sireee.. not at all. After that hard labor, my legs were wobbly and and my arms were about dangling to the side. This morning, I got up no problem accept I was pretty sore, but not this bad kind of sore.
My daughter was complaining of a sore throat and she had a slight fever, so I took her to the doctor. She stayed home for congestion and guess what? Yep, I stayed on my butt and that's what killed me. I was thinking Zumba, then I said nope, I'll just watch a couple of shows. I did and then I got up and I was in the OMG pain..
I decided to draw a hot bath and relax in it hoping it'll loosen my muscles. It felt so good in the bath, and then I got out.. Oh my! Right back to my bad ole pain.
So, then I decided to lay down and see what it does. Laying down felt sooo good, but when it was time to get up... I didn't want to it hurt so bad.
I'm such a wussy on this kind of pain. My boyfriend said that if I got up and just kept moving it'll feel better. I'm sure it would, but not now..
Anyways, this is what I wanted to write about today. Maybe, just maybe I might find a remedy for this kind of soreness, and when I do, I'll let you know.
