Looking Forward to Better Health

After having my Physical, I just realized that my Health habits has to change as of yesterday.  Very hard for me, since I love food and I truly hate exercising.  My average weight was 140 and now it's a blooming 180.

I'm not that kind of person to be ashamed of letting people know my weight, because it's fact. I know there are other people who weigh more and people who weigh less than me.  And on that note, some of those people are very happy where they are and some that isn't and wants to do something about it. I'm in the category of wanting to do something about it.

I made a step in ordering an XBOX game called ZUMBA.  I was quite proud of myself because I am a total FINAL FANTASY fan and there was a game Lightening Returns that was 40% off.  I could've saved bundles. But, that was a want that I don't need.  But Zumba was 20% off and I saved a bit, plus I need the physical exercise.  Plus, it's more cheaper than getting a membership somewhere else and I don't have to worry being with a crowd.  Sometime this week I will get that Zumba disc and I will faithfully play it everyday.

Now I got the physical part planned, I need to figure out the food part. I know there are ways, so I need to look up those ways.  I need to cut down on my quantity of intake and the type of intake.  More vegetables and fruits, and less carbs.  I'm not sure, but I think that is what I need.

This blog will be my journey on my health and I sure hope it will motivate those of you who wants to change their health around.  And please, if there is any questions, comments, advise, anything,.. please comment.
